BIM is a digital representation of physical and functional characteristics of a facility. It serves as a shared knowledge resource for information about a facility, forming a reliable basis for decisions during its lifecycle from inception onward. We utilize BIM to enhance visualization, coordination, and simulation during all project phases, ensuring accuracy and efficiency from design to construction. BIM also enables us to reduce the usage of paper as well.

We are exploring monitoring our infrastructure and construction projects by using drones. Our drones are equipped with cameras and sensors that provide real-time aerial images and data. This technology is used for mapping, surveying construction sites, monitoring project progress, and ensuring adherence to safety protocols.

3D scanning captures detailed measurements of spaces and objects, which can be used to create accurate digital models. By using 3D scanning, we are able to increase our productivity for creating BIM models, and 3D models. We have also incorporated 3D printing for rapid prototyping mockups and miniature models, this helps us reduce material costs, and facilitate concept approvals. we are also exploring incorporating metal 3D printing for creating spare parts for our equipment to reduce downtime.

Island Tower employs RFID and geo-tagging technology for all inventory, significantly enhancing our capability to efficiently manage and locate resources. This precision in asset tracking extends to our vehicle fleet, which is equipped with GPS systems. These systems play a critical role in optimizing our logistics operations, ensuring that resources are utilized effectively and contributing to a streamlined, cost-effective workflow across all projects. This strategic approach not only improves operational efficiency but also supports our commitment to sustainability by reducing unnecessary consumption and waste.
